OK bro, thanks for sharing, so maknanya antara paling penting dlm GPC ni kiranya network lah ye..

Satu lagi nak tanya kalau bro approach supplier, biasanya bro bagitau diorang bro ni GPC ke or directly bagitau diorang kita ni commission agent, sbb ramai supplier tak tau apa tu GPC rasanya..

–yup,sometime they ask what is GPC..tp yg paling penting ialah service kita and fee..kita bkn setakat mngejar komisen,.saya punya approach and objective lebih kepada risk management kerana terdapat procedure,few clause n force major dlm agreement yg kadang kala sedikit berbeza evn miss 1 document pn mmberi risiko yg tinggi antra salah 1 pihak atau kedua2 pihak,..

pengalaman saya berurusan dgn local company yg mmpunyai high profil, mereka sgt strict dgn procedure..if buyer agree with their term,then baru proceed..di situ saja kita perlu filter buyer,not just agree must come with document bcz normally after buyer agree just mouth to mouth and we send previous document diorg xnk perform after that..wasting a lot of time…

antra langkah saya guna is send demo draft to buyer without seller name and detail,once they agree baru kita forward actual contract..kt situ da jimat masa,kdag 2 diorag ambik masa 2 3 weeks cz diorg mostly from China suka ‘SHOPPING’..banding2 harga..kita xboleh menunggu saja,do 2 in 1..dlm menunggu jz approach buyer lain…

dlm fee plak saya ltak rendah,bg saya xpe cz permulaan lgpn jumlah tersebut sgt tinggi bt saya melibatkan 5-6 figure jgk fee yg boleh dapat..cm contoh agent or broker will mark up USD2-5/mt but saya jz ambik USD1..tp fee ni kne taw market price..nak taw kne bt market research plak..

malah masa saya rjuk bank sebelum ini,transfer money from oversea xda masalah tp above 200k kne isi form dulu utk declaration..pegawai bank 2 trus tanya ‘Broker ke dik?..saya jz ckp lebih kurangla,kang meleret plak nk explain…
